Overview

The sixth-generation high-throughput intelligent microwave digestion instrument adopts self-developed patented technology (one-button start self-locking safety translation door design), which can resist accidental explosion and microwave leakage, and improve the risk of microwave leakage caused by the loosening of the traditional door structure. It has a special stainless steel microwave resonant cavity that is thickened and reinforced, which can accommodate a variety of digestion tanks and process 1-12 samples; at the same time, it is equipped with a full-tank PT100 platinum resistance probe-type temperature measurement temperature and a full-tank pressure monitoring function. Non-pulse continuous microwave output, high-frequency closed-loop feedback control and other means can precisely control the process of microwave chemical reaction. It is suitable for the accurate determination of trace, trace and ultra-trace elements in various samples by atomic spectroscopy such as atomic absorption spectrometer, ICP-emission spectrometer, atomic fluorescence spectrometer, ICP-mass spectrometer, and anodic dissolution instrument.

Features

1. The large furnace chamber design with completely independent intellectual property rights is adopted, and 1~12 100ml ultra-high pressure digestion tanks can be placed at the same time;

2. Using Cambridge magnetron (5 years warranty) and professional uniform furnace cavity (microwave resonant cavity); industrial-grade 2000W magnetron to ensure long-term stable operation of the instrument;

3. Double measurement and control of temperature and pressure, precise control, and active prevention of over-temperature and over-pressure

4. The high-precision anti-interference gas guide pressure sensor adopts the ideal gas control method to directly measure the actual reaction pressure in the digestion tank, the pressure measurement range is 0~10MPa, and the pressure measurement accuracy is 0.01MPa;

5. The plug-in high-sensitivity platinum resistance temperature sensor directly measures the actual reaction temperature in the digestion tank, the temperature measurement range is 0~300℃, and the temperature measurement accuracy is ±0.1℃;

6. The pressure and temperature in any reaction tank can be measured and controlled, and the chemical reaction process can be accurately displayed;

7. Various materials and different capacities can be selected, and can be equipped with perfluorinated digestion tanks or FT double-layered digestion tanks: the inner tank of the FT digestion tank is made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), and the sheath is made of fully imported PEEK one-time die-casting , high temperature, high pressure and strong acid corrosion resistance; easy disassembly and assembly, fast cooling; double vent holes and sealed bowls to protect digestion tanks; a maximum of 12 ultra-high pressure digestion tanks can be placed at the same time at one time; furnace cavity ventilation adopts acid corrosion resistance, Large air volume centrifugal fan, exhaust air volume 6m3/min;

8. The patented technology is specially designed to start the self-locking ground-moving safety translation door with one key, which can resist accidental explosion and microwave leakage.
