Overview
The LC-600B intelligent full-control liquid chromatography system consists of one or more P600B high-pressure constant-current pumps, one SPD600B UV-Vis variable wavelength detector and one SCL600B system controller to directly form an isocratic or gradient analysis system. The infusion pump adopts the plunger floating installation method to enhance the stability of the instrument performance and the durability of use. The instrument is easy to operate and has a variety of configurations. It is suitable for application analysis in various industries and is convenient for customers to choose.

The hardware has the VP function, records maintenance information and operation records, and meets the requirements of GLP/GMP; the system controller has the functions of humanized design such as clock, thermometer, and hygrometer.

The infusion pump adopts the plunger made by considering the material structure, the reinforced Teflon sealing ring, and the floating installation method of the plunger, which enhances the stability of the instrument performance and the durability of use.
The detector adopts imported deuterium lamp, photocell and double-beam monochromator composed of 1200/mm concave grating, precision-machined double-lens flow cell, high-precision microprocessor that controls wavelength adjustment, and dual-channel high-speed sampling frequency to ensure low Noise, low drift and ultra-high sensitivity.
The mixer mixes well, and baselines acquired using the gradient program maintain good reproducibility.
